Veterinary Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our veterinary team in Brunswick Maine . The CSR is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a key role in ensuring each visit is a positive experience for pets and their families.

Responsibilities
• Greet clients in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule appointments and manage client communications efficiently
• Process payments, estimates, and medical records accurately
• Work with your team mates to assist in client coordination and daily workflow
• Handle client questions and concerns with empathy and understanding
• Maintain accurate client and patient information in clinic software

Qualifications
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with computers; experience with veterinary software preferred
• Prior customer service experience a must; prior experience in veterinary field preferred
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Ability to remain calm and kind in fast-paced or emotional situations

Schedule & Benefits
• Full-time position; We are only open Monday to Friday, no weekends required. Looking for someone that would have availability to stay until close and day reconcile (~6 to 6:30 pm) at least a few shifts
