The Armstrong-Indiana-Clarion Drug and Alcohol Commission is seeking a full-time Case Management Specialist to support individuals with substance use disorders involved with Armstrong and Indiana Children Youth and Family Services. Responsibilities include client engagement, needs evaluation, linkage to services, and advocacy throughout treatment.
