Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
Join a Level II Trauma Center and a Joint Commission Accredited STEMI and Stroke Receiving Center with a capacity of 49 beds across 5 pods. With an annual visit volume of 68,000, our team is committed to providing exceptional care in the Emergency Room.
Schedule
Varied shift schedule, 12-hour shifts, with varied start times: 6 AM, 8 AM, 10 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM, and 6 PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages, including pediatrics, trauma, STEMI, and stroke cases.
- Work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Utilize EPIC for patient charting and documentation.
- Participate in critical care management and emergency response protocols.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current California RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Minimum of 2+ years of previous emergency room experience in a Level II trauma center or higher.
- Experience with pediatrics, trauma, STEMI, and stroke patients is required.
- Current ENPC and TNCC certifications are preferred.
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
