Represent our Brand: Act as the primary liaison between our guests and the service department, ensuring every interaction is seamless and professional.
Expert Guidance: Translate complex technical needs into clear, actionable advice for our customers.
Workflow Integration: Use our cutting-edge dealership management systems to track repairs, manage schedules, and provide real-time updates.

The Ideal Candidate

You don't need to be a mechanic, but you do need to be a master of people.

Experience: Previous experience in automotive service writing or high-end hospitality is preferred.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating modern CRM and DMS platforms (e.g., Tekion, CDK, or Reynolds & Reynolds).
