Revenue-Driven Relationship Manager

BigTime Software is seeking a Relationship Manager to own post-sale outcomes across a defined book of accounts. You will drive retention, adoption, and expansion with a data-driven, AI-assisted operating model. You’ll manage renewal health, build expansion plans, and maintain relationships across multiple stakeholders, including economic buyers.
