About This Role The Level III Staff RN provides professional nursing care in the Obstetrics/GYN department, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are flexible and committed to delivering high-quality patient care. Highlights Pay: $58 - $80/hour Location: Riverside, CA Facility: Riverside Medical Offices 2 Schedule: Full-time, Day shift (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM) What You'll Do Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process. Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures. Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately. Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care. Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of nursing processes. Discuss patient findings and progress with physicians and healthcare team members. Practice customer service standards and ensure patient confidentiality. Mentor and coach others in unit-specific operations and patient care activities. Participate in departmental performance improvement activities. Requirements Education Limited 2nd and 3rd trimester OB ultrasound certification/training required within the last 5 years. Experience 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience in L&D, antepartum testing, FCC/Post Partum, OB/GYN, or Women's Health in an acute or ambulatory setting.
