Job Description Salesforce Business Analyst Aliso Viejo, CA 6 Months Interview Process: 1st Interview – Phone Screen; 2nd Interview – Onsite Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four‑year college or university (or equivalent experience) 6+ years of full lifecycle business analysis experience, including working independently on large, complex projects that deliver or enhance production software systems Experience analyzing complex business system requirements in a wide range of functional areas with the ability to work with others to develop solutions Able to independently coordinate many diverse and complex activities to accomplish a goal Ability to develop new formats as needed, for presenting data to drive understanding and decision making A thorough understanding and experience with AGILE/Scrum development methodology Salesforce.com certified, with experience implementing small configuration changes and proficient in creating reports and dashboards Specialized education in tools & techniques of business process analysis, re‑engineering, business systems analysis, or quality assurance Experience working in a project team environment Previous history working with staffing models Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Perint Sarimba
