Role Description We are seeking Estimators/Project Managers for gainful full-time employment here in our Hercules Fence/HHS Office located in Jessup, MD. Daily responsibilities include preparing accurate project estimates, developing detailed project schedules, properly managing budgets and client expectations, overseeing the proper planning and/or execution of projects valued between $25K - $5M. Collaboration and clear responsive communication with clients, vendors, and team members is critical to your success. This role involves near constant prioritization of multiple time-sensitive tasks spread over a long list of important projects which if performed properly will result in a successful delivery of projects large and small within a well-defined scope and accurate budget. Qualifications Strong Cost Management, Budgeting, and Construction Project Estimating/Delivery Skills Experience with Project Estimation and Planning and Scheduling a big plus Excellent Communication Skills to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and coworkers Ability to manage complex workflows and meet tight deadlines with close attention to detail Familiarity with Commercial Construction Industry Practices and Standards preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or Related Field Proficiency in relevant software (Bluebeam, CAD, Fence Cloud) for estimating and project management #J-18808-Ljbffr
