Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, active Physical Therapist license required
• Experience in school-based settings or pediatric care is preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and individualized treatment planning
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff
• Skilled in adapting therapeutic interventions to a variety of student abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with educational goals
• Deliver direct therapy services within classrooms or designated therapy spaces
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, attending meetings and providing progress reports
• Document interventions and maintain accurate, timely records
• Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to support student participation and mobility
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
