This role serves as a key point of contact between customers, sales teams, and branch operations, managing scheduling, documentation, and communication to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of rental requests. The Rental Coordinator also monitors contract details, billing accuracy, and equipment status while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive efficiency, responsiveness, and service excellence.**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:*** Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the ERG Way or rental.* Expand our existing customer base by fostering relationships with current customers.* Maintain and grow relationships to ensure that our customers receive a “best-in-business” sales, service, and support experience.* Ensure customer education by sharing the latest and greatest ERG has to offer.* Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requisitions, complaints, and general communications.* Develop new sales techniques and strategies to increase market share.**Job Requirements*** Basic understanding of equipment, types, availability, and rental process.* Highly motivated operational professional that can operate within the guidelines assigned.* High energy with a strong understanding of the revenue stream is a must.* Exceptional communication, presentation and persuasion skills and positive professional attitude.* Detail orientation and accuracy is a must.* Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.* Ability to manage various tasks simultaneously.* Excellent time management skills.* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.* Possess decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.* Able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.* Maintains a safe work environment. + Performs job functions safely at all times. + Participates in all safety meetings. + Communicates all concerns or violations to the appropriate manager(s) immediately. + Uses the proper Personal Protective Equipment when performing work duties.
