The ESPA Summer Analyst Program offers a 10-week internship within the ESPA function, providing participants with valuable on-the-job training. As a Summer Analyst, you will be assigned to a specific role within one of our ESPA teams, with a primary focus on Communications and Real Estate Services. This internship serves as a direct feeder to our ESPA Full-Time program. Summer Analysts who excel in the program may be extended an offer into ESPA’s two-year full-time rotational program.

Your time here will look something like this.

The program commences with comprehensive training that provides an overview of Citi, essential technology instruction, and an introduction to the ESPA organization. Throughout the internship, you will be supported by both senior and junior mentors and have access to numerous networking opportunities including speaker events where ESPA’s senior leaders will share insights and answer questions about their teams and careers.

Summer Analysts will engage in real-world assignments and are expected to contribute significantly to their teams during the 10-week period. In addition to daily responsibilities, you will have the chance to connect with other Citi interns, current participants and alumni of our Full-Time program, as well as other professionals across ESPA.

The program concludes with a final presentation, where you will have the opportunity to showcase your accomplishments and the lessons you have learned.

We want to hear from you if…

• You have a genuine interest in the ESPA teams and are eager to learn and explore.
• You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Public Affairs, Political Science, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field and will graduate between December 2027 – June 2028.
• You have a strong academic record, with a preferred GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• You have 0–2 years of professional work experience.
• You are legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application; Citi will not sponsor visa applications for this position.

• Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to relocate domestically and/or globally (locations for full time program placements could vary across the US).
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work in high pressure deadline-driven environment.

$60,000.00 - $110,000.00
