Physical TherapistThis is a 13-week contract position.Day shift with potential weekend coverage and additional travel required.CVHCare is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide patient care in various locations. The assigned territories include Richmond, Rodeo, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Hercules, Pinole, San Pablo, Crockett, Kensington, as well as either Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont or Vallejo, Benicia, Napa, American Canyon, Yountville.Conduct evaluations and treatment plans for patients.Document and bill for services rendered based on established point system.Maintain productivity standards and ensure completion of assigned visits.Collaborate with healthcare team members for comprehensive patient care.Current California Physical Therapist License.BLS certification.Valid Driver's License and auto insurance.Annual TB test, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (10 years), and annual Flu shots.Successful completion of a drug screen and physical examination.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
