Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Minnesota required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and screenings for students referred for speech-language concerns
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in line with district and state guidelines
• Provide direct intervention and therapy for students with speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed for optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate records, complete documentation, and participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
• Offer consultation and resources to staff and families regarding speech and language development
