Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Prior experience in school-based settings or strong interest in pediatric populations
• Ability to adapt strategies for students of varying ages and abilities (K-12)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Initiative and organizational skills to manage responsibilities across several locations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored occupational therapy services to support students’ academic engagement and functional independence
• Assess and document students’ needs, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, educational teams, and families
• Contribute to multidisciplinary evaluations and IEP development
• Participate in professional development and team meetings as needed
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
