Regional Territory Manager - Ohio Valley (Southwest)

We are seeking an experienced Regional Territory Manager to support and expand our Southwest Territory. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, self-directed sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and working independently with minimal supervision. What You'll Do Manage and grow an established customer base while developing new business opportunities. Call on commercial AV integrators, rental & production companies, consultants, government agencies, educational institutions, and end users. Conduct product demonstrations, lunch-and-learns, technical training sessions, and sales presentations. Work alongside customer sales and engineering teams to recommend the best technical solutions. Execute manufacturer promotions, product launches, and strategic sales initiatives. Travel throughout the territory approximately 2–3 days per week while managing your schedule from a home office. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Is highly self-motivated and takes ownership of their success. Has an exceptional work ethic and enjoys working independently. Is organized, disciplined, and capable of managing a multi-state territory from a home office. Consistently follows through on commitments and proactively develops new business. Possesses outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills. Experience & Qualifications 5–10+ years of professional AV industry experience. Background in one or more of the following: AV integration Strong working knowledge of: Digital and analog mixing consoles DSP platforms Amplification Distributed audio Commercial video systems Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
