Travel Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR) Circulator

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days – Four 10-hour shifts per week (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday) | On-call expectations typically include one weekend and one weekday per week, dependent upon staffing needs

Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating RN duties in a high-volume operating room environment
• Support a diverse surgical caseload including orthopedic procedures (total shoulders, knee scopes, total knee replacements, and hand surgeries), OB/GYN, plastics (breast reconstruction), urology, and robotic-assisted GYN procedures
• Maintain patient safety and advocate for the patient throughout the perioperative process
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient room turnover and case readiness
• Fulfill on-call responsibilities as assigned based on staffing needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Arkansas state RN license or valid compact state RN license
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with robotic-assisted surgical procedures, particularly GYN cases
• Familiarity with orthopedic, urology, and plastic surgery service lines
• Experience in a high-acuity or high-volume surgical setting
