What You'll Do:
- Work on Service Order updates and scheduling/completion of orders through the shop
- Present and maintain knowledge of all aspects and options available within our ERP and apply it accordingly to each entry
- Adjust and follow through on customer inquiries regarding service orders
- Identify and escalate risks related to parts, capacity, or scheduling conflicts
- Maintain accurate documentation from job initiation through completion
- Partner with purchasing, sales, and shop leadership to synchronize priorities
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company and industry safety regulations.
What You'll Need:
- Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or High School Diploma with two (2) years related experience.
- Basic computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, data entry, and inspection reporting.
- Understanding of machining, assembly, or repair sequencing is a plus
- Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, dependable, and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and shifting priorities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a repair shop environment.
