Proven experience in technical sales, solutions consulting, customer expansion, or another environment where you’ve helped customers confidently move from consideration to purchase. A natural ability to demonstrate technology and adapt the conversation for both commercial and technical audiences. Confidence navigating objections, creating momentum, and owning the close in a fast-moving environment. Practical knowledge of cloud or Software as a Service solutions and an understanding of how managed service providers create value for their customers. The ability to turn a successful sale into meaningful product adoption through focused, value-led onboarding. A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for sharing partner insights that help the wider team continuously improve. Strong ownership and organizational discipline, including maintaining accurate opportunity and customer information. Curiosity, resilience, candid communication, and a commitment to continually learning.
