Marhofer Renewables is a small business that staffs technicians who service wind turbines throughout the United States. We are seeking to hire and train reliable people that we can train and mentor to help us fulfill our obligations.

Requirements :

-No experience or education required

-Willing and financially capable to acquire basic certifications (First Aid, CPR, AED, OSHA 10, NFPA 70E, Confined Space, LOTO and a TWIC: approximately $400)

-Willing and financially capable to acquire, qualified boots, glasses (if prescription) basic fall protection (approximately $1400)

-ability to drive throughout the nation to different project locations.

-Physically and mentally capable to climb a 280-360ft ladder everyday.

-Possess the personality and humility to take be coached and take direction from qualified personnel even if they are younger.

-willingness to learn and practice safe work and professional habits required to maintain employment and sustain our company reputation.

-US citizen

-Valid drivers license

-good driving record

-drug free

-values showing up to work on time

-work away from home for 6 weeks or longer

Preferred Candidates:

- Possess a 4 door 4x4 pick up truck that is 10 years or newer

-mechanical or manual labor background

Compensation:

Hourly rate ranges from $40-$45 per hour

this is a 1099 position
