Position Overview
The ideal candidate is both a creative story teller and strategic thinker - comfortable managing digital content, coordinating events, and developing lead-nurturing strategies. You'll partner with leadership to build campaigns, support client development initiatives, and identify opportunities to connect with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website updates, and digital content.
- Design and maintain marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and event materials.
- Research and recommend conferences, webinars, and networking opportunities that engage HR professionals, executives, and decision makers.
- Coordinate firm participation in events and design follow-up strategies to convert contacts into client leads.
- Collaborate with leadership to prepare proposals, pitches, and updated practice materials.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, social media, and events, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
