Senior Product Engineer

Senior Software Engineer — AI-Native Marketplace

Location: NYC (Onsite)

A fast-growing startup is building the infrastructure powering a generational shift in digital advertising — enabling brands to buy creator-led ads. The company is backed by top-tier VCs, has been named to national \"best places to work\" and \"next billion-dollar startup\" lists, and works with some of the most recognizable consumer brands in the world.

The Opportunity:

The company is hiring a foundational engineering team member to work directly with its founders to design, build, and ship product from first lines of code to production. The role involves tackling real problems in marketplace design, large-model content understanding, and real-time optimization of multi-million-dollar ad budgets — with technical decisions that directly shape product and business outcomes.

What They're Looking For

• A senior-level engineer with experience in early-stage or high-growth startup environments
• A full-stack builder, comfortable across client and server, with an interest in owning architecture end-to-end
• A product-minded engineer who cares about great user experience, not just clean code
• Someone hungry, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced, high-ownership environments
• Willingness to work in-person, 5 days a week

What They Offer

• A ground-floor opportunity at a company redefining a massive market
• Direct exposure to the core drivers of scaling a startup
• A chance to help shape engineering culture from the inside
• Competitive compensation (six figures, scaling with experience/level)

Must be based in the U.S.

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder (no visa sponsorship available)
