Customer Relations Representative

Our Agency is growing, and we are looking for an outstanding candidate, who loves to learn something new every day and build client relationships! Our agency has been in New Lenox for over 40 years and is very involved in the community and feels educating our clients on the needs of insurance is more important than selling a policy. As a Customer Relations representative with the Kathy Miller/Roger Kruel State Farm Insurance Agency you will be the first point of contact and generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people will make you a good fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Take payments in person and over the phone.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter who can make decisions on their own.
• Experience in customer service.
• Office experience is a must.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
