What You'll Be Doing: Deliver skilled nursing care under the direction of a Registered NurseProvide pain and symptom management, medical treatments, and patient educationSupport patients and families through end-of-life care with empathy and professionalismParticipate in care planning and collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice teamMaintain accurate documentation and comply with hospice protocolsTravel to patient homes across Orange County Qualifications: Valid LVN/LPN license in the stateMinimum 1 year of LVN/LPN experienceHospice experience preferred but not requiredCPR certification requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working around animals and petsValid driver's license and clean driving recordReliable transportation and willingness to travelMay be required to work outside regular hours based on patient needs Why Choose Silverado?
