General Superintendent of Construction Field Operations

Superintendent - Commercial Construction | Phoenix, AZ A highly respected, well-established general contractor based in Phoenix is looking for an experienced Superintendent to join their team. This is a business with a strong, secured pipeline of commercial work across the Valley for years to come, offering genuine long-term stability rather than a project-to-project existence. The Role You'll take day-to-day ownership of the jobsite, coordinating trades, managing schedule and quality, and acting as the main point of contact for subcontractors, project teams, and clients on the ground. This is a business that invests heavily in its field leaders and gives Superintendents real autonomy to run their projects. What You'll Need Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects A stable career history with strong tenure at previous employers, this business is looking for someone who commits for the long haul, not a string of short stints Strong working knowledge of scheduling, safety, and quality control on active jobsites Confident, hands-on leadership style with subcontractors and project teams Open to relocating to the Phoenix metro area, with relocation assistance available for the right candidate What's On Offer Ownership stake in the company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan Discretionary annual bonus on top of base salary 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance fully covered for employees, with dependent coverage available at 50% A flexible time off policy rather than a fixed, restrictive PTO bank 9 paid company holidays each year Generous parental leave, 3 weeks of paid bonding leave, plus an additional 3–5 weeks of paid disability leave for delivery recovery Relocation assistance for candidates moving to Arizona for the role Regular team-building events, including volunteer days out in the community This is a rare opportunity to join a genuinely stable, employee-owned contractor with years of confirmed local work ahead, not a business chasing its next award to keep the lights on. Ideal for a Superintendent who values longevity and wants to put down roots with a company that will invest in them long-term.
