Job Description
MRI Technologist - Night Shift
Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Nights, Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (5 X 8 hour shifts). Alternative schedule of 4 X 10 shifts may be considered (Monday - Thursday).

Job Description

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing MRI procedures on patients, ensuring safety and comfort while obtaining high-quality imaging results. The candidate should possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans as per physician's orders.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and image archives.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Follow all guidelines and protocols related to MRI safety.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist preferred.
• Certification required: ARRT (MR) or ARMRT.
• Trauma level one experience preferred.

Weekend and Holiday Requirements

Weekend requirements will be active, with one assigned holiday shift. Backup on-call responsibilities every 5-6 weekends.
