Operations ManagerThe Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the laundry operation to ensure efficient production and distribution processes. Ultimately, the Operations Manager will ensure that all operational activities align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within a commercial laundry, manufacturing or distribution environment.Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational processes.Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards.Experience with cost control and budget management.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management.Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.Experience with advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) and manufacturing execution systems (MES).Demonstrated success in leading large teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.Familiarity with sustainability practices and environmental regulations in manufacturing.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.Lead, mentor, and evaluate employee performance to build a motivated and high-performing team.Implement and enforce workplace safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.Develop and monitor operational budgets, controlling costs without compromising quality or efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize supply chain processes and improve overall operational effectiveness.The required skills such as operations management and team management are essential for coordinating daily activities and ensuring that production targets are met efficiently.
