Shift Manager

Position Summary We’re hiring for a Shift Manager to join our team. The Shift Manager provides leadership coverage and manages store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director. Responsibilities Receive merchandise in accordance with company policies and procedures. Prepare product for floor merchandising and break down deliveries efficiently. Stock shelves, build displays with packaged products, and maintain merchandising standards. Greet guests on the sales floor and assist them in locating items. Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure smooth operation throughout the shift. Qualifications We are an EEO/AA Employer.
