Job Title: RN Telemetry I Profession: RN Telemetry I Specialty: RN Telemetry I Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 AM - 07:15 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 years License: Nursing License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: Critical thinking skills, ability to work with minimal supervision Description: Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records, and communicates patient conditions as appropriate. Serves as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders. Assesses and coordinates patients' discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
