Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM (4x10's) | 13-Week Assignment | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within a high-volume surgical services department
• Support a broad range of surgical specialties including General, Trauma, Orthopedics, Vascular, Gynecology, Urology, Bariatrics, and Thoracic procedures
• Assist with robotic-assisted surgical cases as part of the OR team
• Accurately document patient care and clinical data using the Epic EMR system
• Participate in on-call rotation, averaging 6–8 calls per month, which may include weekends

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of Operating Room (OR) nursing experience
• Active Virginia RN license or valid Compact RN license
• Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• Proficiency with Epic EMR — required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple surgical specialties including Robotics, Trauma, Orthopedics, Vascular, Gynecology, Urology, Bariatrics, and Thoracic
• Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical platforms and associated instrumentation
