Position Overview 

As a PureHeart Caregiver, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care within a client’s home environment. This role is ideal for caregivers who prefer meaningful connection over fast-paced facility settings and who value consistency in their schedules. 

Client transportation is not required for this position. 

Primary Responsibilities 

● Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene 

● Provide companionship and emotional support 

● Prepare meals according to dietary needs 

● Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care 

● Provide medication reminders 

● Support mobility, fall prevention, and safe transfers 

● Maintain accurate communication with management regarding care updates

● Uphold client dignity, privacy, and safety at all times 

Qualifications & Experience 

We are seeking caregivers who demonstrate both competence and character. Preferred: 

● CNA, HHA, or PCA certification 

● Minimum 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience 

● Experience providing care in a home setting 

Required: 

● Reliable transportation to assigned shifts 

● Ability to pass a background check 

● Strong verbal communication skills 

● Professional references 

● Consistent punctuality and dependability 

Compensation & Schedule 

● $22–$27 per hour, based on experience and credentials 

● Part-time and full-time opportunities available 

● 25+ hour cases offered when available 

● Consistent scheduling whenever possible
