Role Description
CTG is seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to join our client's development team. This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys building modern web applications, developing scalable APIs, and collaborating across cross-functional Agile teams. You'll leverage the latest Microsoft technologies and AI-assisted development tools to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, React, and RESTful APIs.
- Design scalable backend services and integration layers using modern .NET architecture.
- Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces with React.
- Develop and optimize SQL Server, Azure SQL, and MySQL database solutions.
- Create secure, maintainable, and well-tested application code.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and Agile development activities.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor to improve productivity and code quality.
- Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and modern DevOps practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous application improvements.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for learning new technologies and development best practices.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Salary
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $55.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
