Sales Manager

Stevens Point Auto Center is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role will be critical to our success within our high volume sales organization, and will lead the team to capitalize on every lead that comes through. We’re looking for someone who has experience growing sales within the automotive industry, along with coaching and leading a team to hit their targets. The ideal candidate for our Sales Manager role can step in and take over, but we will provide necessary training for the right candidate.

  Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to develop enriching relationships that improve client happiness and fuel the sales process


• Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals


• Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth


• Demonstrate leadership by setting a clear vision and goals for the sales targeted performance


• Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and standard methodology processes


• Partner with the General Manager to plan and run vehicle inventory


• Assist in running controllable expense elements for the Used Vehicle Department

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours & weekends


• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s


• Fantastic communication skills with your customers


• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.


• Clean driving record


• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen


• Automotive Dealership Management Experience preferred


• Shown success in auto retail sales


• High School diploma or equivalent
