Bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

A growing and highly successful personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join its Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing cases from intake through settlement and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of personal injury litigation experience, be fluent in both English and Spanish, and have experience managing a high-volume caseload while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume personal injury litigation caseload from intake through settlement and closing • Serve as the primary case manager, ensuring deadlines and case milestones are met • Communicate regularly with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers • Order and review medical records and billing records • Obtain documentation necessary to support liability and damages claims • Contact insurance carriers to verify coverage and policy limits • Maintain organized and accurate case files • Draft litigation complaints and discovery responses • Support attorneys throughout the litigation process, including trial preparation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) • Experience managing a caseload of 100+ cases • Strong organizational and case management skills • Excellent communication and client service abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Compensation & Benefits
