Brown Health Medical Group the affiliated partner of the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University has an opening for a board certified or eligible Pediatric Anesthesiologist. Working at Rhode Island Hospital & Hasbro Children's Hospital, we provide advanced skills in pediatrics, cardiac, critical care medicine, and regional anesthesia for a vast array of surgery. We are extremely proud to have a residency program and are expanding our academic mission.
About the job:
- Join 8 other Pediatric Anesthesiologists
- Position is 40% Pediatric, 60% Adult
- Option to teach with an academic appointment to Brown University
- We are an academic group that balances work and lifestyle - work <50 hours/week
- No 24-hour in-house call
- We offer a predictable work schedule
- Mix of high acuity and general cases
- No transplants
- The department chair is supportive and works hard to create a collegial environment friendly to researchers, clinicians & teachers
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF)
- J1 & H1b Visa friendly

Our anesthesiology dept is the largest in the area providing the only subspecialty care and partnering with the best surgeons in the state.
