Job Title: Tax Director (Partnership Track)

Location: Port Washington, NY (In-office 4 days/week) Salary: $180,000 - $210,000 per year

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Tax Director to join our firm in Port Washington. This role is designed for a leader ready to step into a strategic capacity, with a clear, defined path to Partnership. You will play a critical role in managing high-net-worth client relationships and overseeing complex tax engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage tax compliance and planning engagements, with a heavy focus on 1040s and gift tax.

• Provide high-level advisory services to high-net-worth individuals.

• Mentor and supervise staff, ensuring technical accuracy and efficiency.

• Actively participate in business development and firm leadership activities.

Requirements:

• CPA designation.

• Strong experience in public accounting, specifically with 1040s and gift tax planning.

• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead teams.

• Ability to work in our Port Washington, NY office 4 days per week.
