Laundry Aide Wanted! We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Laundry Aide to join our team at Newark Rehabilitation in Newark, OH. As a Laundry Aide, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for our residents by performing various laundry duties in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities: Wash, dry, and fold linen and laundry items to ensure they are clean and ready for use Sort and categorize laundry items to ensure they are processed efficiently Iron and steam clothing and linens as needed Clean and maintain laundry equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards Work collaboratively with other members of the housekeeping and support teams to ensure a smooth and efficient operation Participate in infection control and quality improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our residents Requirements: 0 years of experience in a similar role or a high school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to follow instructions and policies and procedures Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families #J-18808-Ljbffr
