USCAN Services Finance Analyst - FP&A Operations

GE HealthCare seeks a Finance Analyst to support FP&A operations for the USCAN Services business. The role involves driving cost efficiency, optimizing P&L structures, and partnering with operations and regional teams to prioritize strategic investments and expand profitability.

Responsibilities

Support annual LTS and budget cycles for key FPC accounts with multiple stakeholder teams
Collaborate on VCP funnel development and validate savings reporting within P&L
Build and verify business case ROI metrics for strategic investment prioritization
Own full FP&A cycle including monthly estimates, quarterly close, and reporting for key accounts
Participate in Fleet committee strategy and weekly Cost DMS meetings to drive regional best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
4+ years of financial or business analysis experience
FP&A or P&L cost management background with operational partnership experience
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools proficiency (Essbase, Hyperion, Power BI)
Strong financial communication and analytical skills
Ability to operate in dynamic, complex, fast-paced environments

Compensation: $105,600–$158,400 base annually
