Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time
Monmouth Rehab and Nursing
Monmouth, IL
$27–$30/hour

We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position in our skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working directly with patients to improve function and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement therapy programs designed to restore movement and reduce limitations
• Assist residents with daily mobility tasks and functional training
• Utilize therapeutic equipment and techniques as directed
• Document sessions and communicate progress to the supervising PT
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications:

• Current PTA license required
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
