Monmouth Rehab and Nursing
Monmouth, IL
$27–$30/hour
We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position in our skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working directly with patients to improve function and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement therapy programs designed to restore movement and reduce limitations
- Assist residents with daily mobility tasks and functional training
- Utilize therapeutic equipment and techniques as directed
- Document sessions and communicate progress to the supervising PT
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team
Work Environment:
- Team-driven rehab department
- Diverse patient population
- Focus on functional outcomes and patient safety
Qualifications:
- Current PTA license required
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
