Insurance experience necessary. Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer client’s questions regarding payments and notices. Process endorsements for clients. Manage a diverse book of house accounts. Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers. Support designated sales staff. Review and respond to renewal activities. Follow up and see tasks thru to completion.
