Job Title: RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: RN License in Tennessee Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH Must-Have: Highly motivated Teamwork Customer service skills Description: Providing quality health care for over 60 years. Emphasis on patient-centered care in a supportive environment. This position involves working with a variety of patient populations, including geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients (ages 13 and older). Candidates will manage post-operative patients, including those recovering from joint and bariatric surgeries as well as trauma cases. The nurse to patient ratio is 4-6:1. The role requires good assessment skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. The ideal candidate is hardworking, willing to ask questions when in doubt, kind, and compassionate. Dress code allows any scrub color, but T-shirts must display a hospital logo, and acrylic nails are not permitted. Required education includes an Associate's degree in Nursing. All clinical staff will undergo background checks as mandated before the start of the assignment. This position may require floating to different areas as needed. Weekend availability is expected, with hours as needed or every third weekend. Overall, the position offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-respected healthcare facility.
