Your communication skills, combined with your technical know-how, means you’re well-versed in setting organizations up for success. We’re looking for someone like you to bring your DevOps engineering knowledge and help our clients make a mission-forward impact. As a DevOps customer success engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll not only convey the importance of efficiency to your clients, but you’ll also be directly involved in DevOps engineering work. Together with a team of experienced professionals, you’ll help support the building and maintenance of a pipeline. You’ll help maintain tools and automate configuration management and infrastructure provisioning. Using your software engineering skills, you’ll support your team as they bring other organizations onboard with DevOps and champion the adoption of related processes, tools, and roles. Work with us to develop your DevOps engineering skills while educating others. Qualifications 4+ years of experience with collaborative services development Experience using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI Experience with web development technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML Knowledge of the software development lifecycle Ability to manage multiple complex tasks with concurrent deadlines Team‑oriented and able to work with various groups Travel up to 25% of the time Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree DoD 8140.01 IAT Level II Certification such as GSEC, CompTIA Security+, SCNP, or SSCP Nice to Have Experience designing and developing custom web parts and site customizations Experience with DevSecOps practices in Azure environments Experience with AI Knowledge of enterprise cloud solutions development Top Secret clearance Clearance: clearance subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required Benefits Health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Compensation Projected salary range: $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
