What We Need We are excited to announce our expansion and are seeking to add a highly motivated and collaborative Mid-level to Advanced Cosmetic Aesthetic Injector, specifically an RN, NP, or PA, to our dynamic and accomplished team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of recent experience in cosmetic injection procedures. The Injector is responsible for guiding our injectable patients through every step of their journey. Our goal is to ensure every patient interaction exceeds expectations and creates a positive and memorable experience, taking them from potential patients to our very own brand ambassadors. Starting with the new patient consultation and a full-face assessment. This is where we build relationships and ask the right questions to discover their areas of concern and how we can meet their goals. Offering our patients the most effective treatments through confidently recommending the best injectable treatments, cross selling other applicable skin and body treatments, and recommending the best home care products, will result in both an extraordinary experience and the best possible results. Perform all pre and post injection photos including VISIA photos. Dedicated Photography Room. Inject all Allergan and Galderma products and manage all aspects of the injectable business, which includes:Botox, Juvederm, Kybella, Voluma, Volbella, Vollure, Kysse, Refine, Sculptra Complimentary Consultations: Full Media Presentation credentialing the practice, staff, and services and creating a yearlong Individualized Care Plan for each patient. Self-manage Outreach Program and Follow up on all consultations by working directly with our Outreach Manager Ability to meet or exceed all monthly sales metrics goals. Ability to Cross Sell to other services we offer Creating weekly Social Media Video requirements according to Social Medial Calendar and Content Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills Inventory and maintenance of clinical supplies including daily counts We all work together as an amazing cohesive team, only team players need apply Skills and Experience: REQUIRED: Experience: 3+ years Aesthetic Injectables Experience, preferably under direct MD supervision 3+ years Sales Experience. Injectables Consultations and close of sale are done by our Injectors at expected 75% close rate or higher and products at 40% Organized and detail oriented and able to multi-task Expert Consultant: Able to create yearlong care plans for patients Educational Level: Prefer bachelor’s degree (BSN) or higher Knowledge and Experience with Skin Care, Laser Treatments, and Body Sculpting Willing to utilize our wide array of marketing tools to help expand existing client base through our Outreach Program.
