What you’ll do: Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude. Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships. Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options. Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction. Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals. Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled. Be responsible for the site standards of service. Effectively maintain the on-site equipment and troubleshoot when needed Assist in overseeing the productivity, breaks, and safety of all employees Continuously seek ways to improve the business Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable. What you’ll need: A passion for serving others. Awesome customer service skills, previous sales experience a plus. Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Motivate and encourage your teammates in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
