Growing together.Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pmPrimary Responsibilities:Provides nursing care to patients/significant others via direct and/or telephone contact, following established standards and practicesCoordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participation in planning and careAssists physician or other provider with clinical procedures and participates in patient teachingProvides direction to: clerical assistants, medical assistants, and other non-licensed personnelOptum NY/NJ was formed in 2022 by bringing together Riverside Medical Group, CareMount Medical and ProHealth Care. The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 - $36.00 per hour based on full-time employment.
