Ford Certified Service Technician
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
Premier Ford is hiring a qualified Service Technician to perform diagnostics and repairs on customer vehicles. Only applicants with technician experience, Ford dealership preferred , will be considered. This role focuses on completing assigned repair orders efficiently and communicating service needs clearly with the service team.

Primary Duties:

• Complete repair orders according to manufacturer and dealership guidelines

• Use diagnostic tools and test drives to identify and confirm issues

• Service and repair key systems including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, and A/C

• Inform service advisors of additional issues found and estimate repair time

• Perform warranty work in line with manufacturer requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive service experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• ASE certification is a plus

• Ford certification preferred but not required

• Prior work at a Ford dealership is a bonus

• Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical problems

• Experience using diagnostic equipment

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Capable of working with precision and consistency

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
