THIS POSITION REQUIRES SOMEONE WHO SPECIFICALLY LOVES WORKING WITH 3 TO 5 YR OLDS Duties
- Looking for a friendly and dependable teacher to conduct creative daily lessons and activities to help children learn language, social, and motor skills
- Assist in all aspects of the care and education of the children
- Develop daily lessons and activities to encourage child development
- Conduct creative daily lessons and activities to help children learn language, social, and motor skills
- Teach colors, shapes, letters, and numbers recognition
- Monitor child safety on the playground and assist children with snacks
- Accept and maintain responsibility on a daily basis for the ordered arrangement, appearance, décor, and cleanliness of the learning environment of the classroom
- Follow all Arizona State licensing guidelines and Grow and Learn Employee Handbook policies
- Must be 18 years old or older (Required)
- Preschool Teaching: 6-month experience minimum (Required)
- Must have a high school diploma or GED or 18 credit hours in Early Childhood Education or closely related field (Required)
- Must create an account in the AZ Workforce Registry and complete all DES required online trainings prior to or within 90 days of start date (Required)
- Must clear full background check (Required)
- Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)
- CPR certified or willingness to get CPR certified (Required)
- Part-time - 4-hour shift - Monday to Friday - 2pm-6pm
- Paid Time Off
- $15.50 per hour and up, based on experience
