The Technology Inventory Manager oversees the comprehensive management and tracking of all technology assets within the organization, including computers, peripherals, networking equipment, servers, racks, and server cooling equipment. This role ensures accurate inventory records, facilitates technology audits, and collaborates with vendors to maintain asset integrity and compliance through effective lifecycle management.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of computers, peripherals, networking equipment, servers, racks, and cooling systems
• Maintain accurate asset tracking using Excel, proprietary systems, and other tools
• Conduct regular technology audits to verify inventory accuracy and condition
• Coordinate with vendors to support procurement and timely delivery of technology assets
• Generate reports on inventory status, usage, and compliance
• Support procurement activities related to technology assets
• Oversee asset lifecycle management from acquisition to disposal
• Monitor compliance with organizational and regulatory inventory standards

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory management
• Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
