Merchandising Manager
An exciting opportunity has come up for a merchandising manager to join a European retailer, in its Morocco location. This is an integral role supporting the group by growing the business opportunities in Morocco, working developing relationships and supplier development.
The role:
- Drive category growth and unlock new business opportunities across woven, tailoring, jersey, denim, and knitwear
- Manage key KPIs
- Lead and develop a small team of people
- Negotiate competitive pricing to deliver strong margins
The candidate:
- Previous experience as a merchandising manager, ideally within a sourcing office
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
This is a great role, for someone in Morocco to join a leading international retailer as it continues its growth in the industry. There is a competitive salary in MAD, plus all local benefits and bonus potential.
Salary range
- £22,000 - £35,000 per year
