\n Job Summary\n

\n The Sandblaster supports the production process by preparing metal surfaces for painting and finishing through abrasive blasting techniques while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.\n

\n Job Duties\n

\n
• Operate sandblasting equipment safely and efficiently
\n
• Prepare metal surfaces for painting and finishing
\n
• Remove rust, scale, and contaminants from materials
\n
• Inspect finished surfaces for quality and consistency
\n
• Maintain blasting equipment and work area cleanliness
\n
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
\n
• Assist with moving materials and finished products as needed
\n
• Work effectively in a team environment
\n

\n Pay\n

\n
• $16.00–19.00 per hour (experience based)
\n

\n Schedule\n

\n
• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday
  \n 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
\n
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday
  \n 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
\n

\n Experience or Skill Requirements\n

\n
• Previous sandblasting or industrial manufacturing experience preferred
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Basic math and measurement skills
\n
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
\n
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift throughout the shift
\n
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
\n
• Comfortable wearing protective equipment for extended periods
\n
