Sacramento Children's Home is seeking an Awake Lead Child Care Worker for the Crisis Nursery in Sacramento, CA. The role supervises shift staff, ensures child safety and care, and coordinates direct care operations, following CCL and SCH policies. The Awake LCCW serves as the liaison to site supervisors, provides input for staff evaluations, and supports timely documentation and incident reporting.
